Chicken Salad: Proper Healthy Lunch
Chicken Salad is a quick and easy to make healthy food. This can be prepared by vegetables and chicken which provide required dietary fiber and contribute a healthy mix of vitamins and minerals, including all types of vitamin. It helps you to lower the cholesterol levels and constipation. I am going to share a recipe to make our simple salad to more delicious salad.
- 8 to 10 pieces boneless chicken breast
- 2 tsp chopped onion
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp cilantro
- 1tsp black pepper
- 2 fresh and green lemons
- 3 pieces bay leaves
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 3 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt as per requirement
Method to Cook:
Take a clean bowl and add chicken breast with bay leaves, chopped onion and garlic cloves. Mix salt as per requirement and enough water for boiling.
Place this mixture in cooker or depth pan over medium heat and cover it with lid. Leave it for 20 to 25 minute or until it boil properly.
Remove chicken in a bowl and keep it for cool down. After that add other herbs like cilantro and chopped parsley, in chicken. Sprinkle olive oil and black pepper on chicken. At the end squeeze couple of fresh lemons and mayonnaise into the bowl and stir well until the mayo’s spread evenly.
