Healthy Breakfast: Fine Herbes Omelette Recipe
Breakfast is very important for important nutrients especially healthy breakfast. It provides calories in the range of 20-35% to body. According to 2015 research 18 percent of males and 13 percent of females are skip their breakfast.
Experts says that if continuously skipping the breakfast then chances to face weight gain, heart disease, osteoporosis, irritability or mood swings, menstrual irregularity, low energy levels, low memory and hormonal stress problems.
Today, we will make fine herbes omelette which helps to get 20% calories and 40% protein.
- 2 Raw Eggs
- Few mix herbs such as chives
- 1 tbs chopped green chilies
- 1 tbs chopped green coriander
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 large knob of butter
- Salt as per requirement
First of all break eggs in medium size clean bowl and whisk it properly with a fork. Chop chives and add all herbs, chopped green chilies and chopped onion in egg paste with as per required salt. Heat butter in cast-iron pan on medium heat until foaming.
Once the foam dies down, pour in the egg mixture and gently shake the pan to distribute. Wait until it begins to bubble then turn it another side to cook properly.
Remove cast-iron pan from heat and fold it in equal shape and put in plate. Now your healthy breakfast is ready. But before serve it spread chopped green coriander on omelette for stylish look.
